All Atlas Pearls jewellery is covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty. All items are assessed by an independent jeweller to determine the cause. In the event it is deemed a manufacturing issue Atlas Pearls will replace or refund the item.

METHOD OF POSTAGE

We will always post your online order via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. We recommend using the same method when returning items as Atlas pearls cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
